Gowsickraja J
Project Executive
Gowsickraja J serves as Project Executive at UYIR, contributing to the implementation of road safety initiatives and awareness programmes aimed at encouraging safer and more responsible road use. As part of the project team, his role supports the delivery of activities that communicate the importance of traffic-rule awareness, accident prevention and responsible behaviour among road users.
The implementation of road safety programmes requires coordination, effective communication and engagement with the people and institutions involved. Through UYIR’s project activities, the team works to bring safety awareness into educational institutions and communities, helping participants understand how everyday decisions on the road can affect their own safety and the well-being of others. These initiatives support the wider effort to make road safety a shared public responsibility.
Community participation and educational outreach are important elements of building a road-safety-conscious society. UYIR’s programmes encourage students, young people and members of the public to develop safer habits, understand traffic regulations and contribute to spreading awareness within their communities. As a member of the project team, Gowsickraja J contributes to these collective efforts through his Project Executive role.
His association with UYIR supports the organisation’s mission of reducing preventable road accidents through education, awareness and public participation. By contributing to the implementation of road safety initiatives, he forms part of the team working towards safer mobility and a future in which every road user understands the importance of protecting human life.
